Two frolicking council workers had such tunnel vis ion that they failed to notice 20 passers-by, and a policeman, watching them at it through the window. 'You could see two figures undressing each other before getting very close. There was nothing left to the imagination,' said a witness.
Wow! Now, I think I would die if I were one of the council workers! Have to wonder what happened: I mean, after all, it would be considered indecent exposure, wouldnt it? Poor couple! They were just trying to have a good time and look what happened! LOL. I guess I am also sorry for the poor people who were watching, especially if the council workers were ugly! Imagin the nightmares!
